Base price stand space – SEK 2,110/sqm (excl. VAT)
To participate as a main exhibitor, a mandatory starter package applies for each stand.
Starter Package – SEK 8,900 (excl. VAT)

- Online Company Profile
- Stockholmsmässan’s group insurance for exhibitors
- 1 electrical outlet
- Stand cleaning (vacuuming) before Day 1
- Freight and empties handling (read terms & conditions here)

Added value and discounts
Large customer
SEK 50 discount per sqm
Definition of “Large customer”: Stand space of 80 sqm or larger.
Contract customers
SEK 55 discount per sqm
Definition of “contract customer”: Member of SäkerhetsBranschen, SVEBRA or SEM Group.

Stand package
The package includes:
- Classic hire carpet – choice of colour
- White wall panels
- 10A electrical socket
- Wall-mounted spotlights
- Daily stand cleaning
- A selection of furniture
Stand space rate (excl. VAT)
(Price includes registration fee, stand rental and the complete stand package listed above)
- 9 sqm – SEK 38,465
- 12 sqm – SEK 48,230
- 15 sqm – SEK 55,325

Co-exhibitor fee – SEK 8,900 (excl. VAT)
Co-exhibitors are promoted on equal terms with main exhibitors and receive the same services. Co-exhibitors may purchase advertising space, order client invitations and more. The company also has access to all exhibitor information.
Please note that it is the co-exhibitor who must register their application, not the main exhibitor.

Terms and Conditions
Freight and empties handling (Starter Package)
Freight volumes exceeding 1,000 kg or 4 cubic metres must be pre-booked at least four working days prior to arrival. (Unscheduled unloading/loading will be subject to a fee. Special agreements may apply for heavy lifts)
