Stand space price – SEK 2,110 per sqm (excl. VAT)
To participate as a main exhibitor, there is a mandatory start package per stand.
Starter Package — SEK 8,900 SEK (excl.VAT)

- Registration fee
- Company profile online
- Stockholmsmässan group insurance for exhibitors
- Power outlet, 1 unit
- Stand cleaning (vacuuming) before day 1
- Handling of goods and empty packaging (go to terms and conditions)
- LeadMate-licens, 1 license

Key customers
SEK 50 discount per sqm
Definition of “Key customer”: stand space of 80 sqm or more.
Contract customers
SEK 55 discount per sqm
Definition of “Contract customer”: member of SäkerhetsBranschen, SVEBRA or SEM Group.

Stand package
The package includes:
- Classic rental carpet in a colour of your choice
- White walls
- 10A power outlet
- Wall-mounted spotlights
- Stand cleaning every day
- A selection of furniture

The price includes the starter fee, stand space and the complete stand package as described above.

Co-exhibitor fee – SEK 8,900 (excl. VAT)
A co-exhibitor is marketed in the same way as the main exhibitor and receives the same level of service. The co-exhibitor may purchase advertising opportunities and order invitation cards to send to customers, etc. The company also receives access to all exhibitor information
Please note that, as a co-exhibitor, you are responsible for submitting your own registration – not the main exhibitor.

Conditions
Freight and empty packaging handling (Start package)
Shipments exceeding 1,000 kg or 4 cubic metres must be pre-booked at least four working days before the arrival of the goods. (Unscheduled loading and unloading will be charged. Special arrangements may apply for heavy lifts.)
General conditions

The terms and conditions cover, among other things, bookings, payment terms, complaints and liability. The general rules include e.g. for example, compliance requirements, stand layout and use, as well as the handling of food and beverages.
